One dead, four others injured as bus catches fire

One person is feared dead and four others badly injured today morning after a bus they were travelling with caught fire at the Globe Roundabout in Nairobi.

Reports reaching the Citizen Digital Desk indicate that the driver of the 32-seater bus lost control prompting it to roll severally catching fire.

Fire fighters from the Nairobi Fire Department managed to contain the fire that caused a huge traffic snarl-up at the busy roundabout, causing motorists to ferry stranded passengers to the CBD.

The injured have been rushed to Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).
