VIDEO: MPs to vote again on bill touching on two thirds gender rule

Parliament has yet another opportunity on Thursday, to determine the fate of a bill that seeks to outline how gender equity will be realized.
The constitution requires that not more than two-thirds of elective and appointive public offices be occupied by members of either gender.
Women mps have been lobbying their male counterparts to vote in favour of the bill, despite resistance by those who argue that the gender principle was prone to abuse and would lead to a bloated 12th parliament.
