EPRA reinstates Pavel Oimeke as Director General

Pavel Oimeke has been reinstated as the Director General of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (ERPA).

A statement from the Chairman of the ERPA Board Justice Jackton Ojwang’ said the reinstatement follows the directive from the Employment and Labour Relations Court in Nairobi on October 6, 2020.

Mr. Oimeke had stepped aside in August this year pending hearing and determination of a court case contesting his reappointment.
