Grand launch as Infinix unveils Note 5 phone in Dubai

Infinix in partnership with Google, has unveiled their newest device; the Infinix note 5, for the Kenyan market.

A colorful event saw top telecommunications leaders and other guests from across the globe hosted at the prestigious Armani Hotel in Dubai.

Infinix global boss Benjamin Jiang said the launch was in line with the plan to cater for Africa’s growing mobile needs.

He further noted that their focus is on wider penetration into the continent as well as a revolutionized user experience.

The device that encompasses the 4 in 1 technology is said to have sold out on the online-based Jumia Mall just hours after the launch.

The latest phone dubbed “Beyond Intelligent”comes in three colours: Ice Blue, Berlin Gray, Milan Black.

It features a 16MP and 12MP low-light front and rear camera which gives selfie lovers an all round expererience.

The Note 5 also has notably a long battery life and will retail at Ksh.17,939 on Jumia for the first month.

In the following weeks, the phone will be rolled out to retail shops.
