KPCU Back Under Receivership

The giant Coffee Miller, Kenya Planters Cooperative Union, has been put under receivership again following a high court ruling. This effectively places KPCU and all its assets under the management of a receiver manager appointed by KCB. In recent weeks KPCU has been in court to level allegations against KCB and its receiver managers accusing them of gross mismanagement of its assets and the loss of its title deeds valued at 2 billion shillings.
