NSE Announces Financial Results

For the first time in its 60 year history, the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) has publicly announced its financial results. During the financial year ended 31st December 2013, the bourse recorded a 210 percent growth in after-tax profit to 262 point 8 million shillings. And as Patrick Igunza reports, the announcement of the results comes ahead of its planned transformation into a listed public company by the end of June 2014.
