Amani releases new song featuring celebrated Lingala singer

Cecilia Wairimu, better known as Amani, has released a new song; Bonbon featuring Congolese Lingala live music maestro Washington.

Bonbon is a music track delivered in a blend of English, Swahili and French. The music video, an addictive Lingala, was shot in Lagos, Nigeria.

The music video was released Thursday, (March 3rd, 2016) and has so far received positive comments.

“Good song Amani, lots of love,” wrote Areolar Hyaline

Carol Kaindi on her part said: “Good song, so much energy there…Love it beautiful Amani killing it as usual.”

Apart from collaborating with Washington, Amani has also worked with different artists such as R. Kelly on the song Hands Across the World, Nameless in Ninanoki, AY in the song Usiwe Mbali and many more.
