Amber Rose mocks Nigerian actor Mr Ibu on Instagram
Amber Rose, an American rapper, model, fashion designer and actress, recently posted a picture of the famous 54-year-old Nollywood actor John Ibu Okafor, famously known as Ibu, on her Instagram.
The picture was a meme that contrasted the sugar daddy she would want versus the sugar daddy she attracts. Captioned with a meme of a sad Face.
Ibu has not responded to the picture.
Although the picture is ‘insulting’, the Nollywood star might just become even more famous Internationally because of the mention.
Ibu, who earned his name after his most popular role in the movie, Mr Ibu, is a Nollywood actor and comedian.
He is considered to be one of Nigeria’s most talented comic characters.
Stupidity, hilarious imbecility and a sharp disconnection from reality often characterize his humorous acting.
Ibu has acted in more than 70 movies including Mr Ibu (2004), Mr Ibu in London (2004), Police Recruit (2003), 9 Wives (2005), Ibu in Prison (2006) and Keziah (2007).
The hilarious actor has remained a role model to many Nigerian comedians.
His latest project is the movie ‘Runs mad In America’, which is a comedy partly shot in Dallas, Bronx, Queens, New York and Philadelphia in the United States.
He had also announced that he was going to vie for the presidential seat in 2015 but on a party that did not exist.
Amber Rose has been posting raunchy pictures of her and the men she would want to date since her divorce from popular rapper Wiz Khalifa in 2014, in which she cited irreconcilable differences.
The two have a son, Sebastian who they co-parent.
Similarly, Nigerian Francis Odega famous for his ‘Gerrara Here’ video became a global brand after it went viral.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with TheNetNG, Odega said he “honestly didn’t think it was going to become a global thing.”
“In the script that line ‘Gerrara here’ was not included. I created it not knowing it was going to blow,” he added.
