Beyonce and Jay Z ‘divorce’ shocker: Singer announces “marriage is over” at party

Beyonce is no longer head over heels for Jay Z! The singer recently broke down at a party and declared “her and Jay Z were done”, reports Radar Online.

“From the moment she arrived, Beyonce started downing cocktails – it was clear something was bothering her,” a source told In Touch.

The 34-year-old superstar was drowning her sorrows at her friend Kelly Rowland‘s 35th birthday party on February 20 at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles.

“She took off her wedding ring, held it in the air and told everyone that this would be one of the last times they would see it because she was ending her marriage. Friends and family tried to calm her down,” added the source.

American media report that tensions have been high between Jay Z, 46, and his wife Queen Bey, and the two have been rumored to be on the brink of divorce for quite some time now.

The power couple has even stopped talking to each other, unless it’s about Blue Ivy Carter, 4.

Compounding the tensions, Jay Z is currently embroiled in a paternity battle with 22-year-old Rymir Satterthwaite, who claims the rapper is his father.

In an effort to control the volatile situation at the party, Tina Knowles pulled her daughter aside and tried to talk some sense into her.

“After their chat, Beyonce announced to everyone that she was only joking and blamed it on the alcohol,” said the source.

While Tina wanted to be like Jamie Foxx, 48, and “Blame It On The Alcohol,” an insider told Life & Style that Bey’s reported confession was “a long time coming. Bey wants to move on with her life and find happiness again.”

She may have found it with none other than her husband, Jay Z! Whatever caused this alleged meltdown at Kelly’s birthday, the issue seemed resolved when the sweetest pair in hip hop history attended the February 29 Los Angeles Clippers game.

“They were in the front row, acting very much like a couple,” an eyewitness told HollywoodLife.com, adding that Beyonce and the Run This Town rapper were “showing that they were in a great mood.”

Jay Z may have pulled out another grand gesture to get on Bey’s good side. Right before her amazing performance at Super Bowl 50, he sent his wife 10,000 roses as a way to say “break a leg” and “I love you.”
