Bobbi Kristina’s lover, Nick Gordon, accused of injecting her with “Toxic mixture”

Months after Nick Gordon’s lover, Bobbi Kristina Brown, died the 25-year-old (Nick) is now being accused of injecting her with a fatal “toxic mixture”, new court documents obtained by Radar Online revealed on Friday, October 9.

Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, passed away in July 2015 aged 22.

Her family, still suffering from her loss, has continued to blame Nick Gordon for her death.

In their Ksh4.1 billion ($40 million) civil lawsuit against Nick, they claim he gave her a “toxic mixture” of drugs after the pair got in a fight January 31 then placed her unconscious body in a bathtub and left her to die.

She nearly drowned and never regained consciousness, eventually passing away in hospice care.

The civil lawsuit against Nick, which was originally filed in June, accused him of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from her bank account into his.

It was later amended in August following Bobbi Kristina Brown’s unfortunate demise on July 26.

The new claims were made public after a legal motion was filed on October 9.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of Bobbi’s death, but results have not yet been made public due to a court order.

No criminal charges have been filed against Nick Gordon so far.

Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, and the rest of her family blame Nick Gordon for Kristina’s death.

When the lawsuit was amended, Bobby Brown said: “I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.”

Gordon’s lawyers have denied the claims of the alleged toxic cocktail, and adding that their client did not abuse Bobbi neither sis he steal from her.

“The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless,” his attorney Jose Baez told USA Today at the time.

Gordon’s team also argues that because of Bobbi Kristina’s parents’ fame, “Mr. Gordon will be unfairly, legally, and financially prejudiced should he be subject to parallel criminal and civil proceedings.”

Nick Gordon has maintained his innocence since Bobbi Kristina’s hospitalisation.
