Citizen TV’s Fashion Watch nominated as best fashion program
Citizen TV’s Fashion Watch has been nominated as one of the TV shows with the best fashion segment in the upcoming Kenya Fashion Awards.
The show will be competing alongside AM Live (NTV), Grape Vine (KBC) and E-Curve (KTN).
Speaking to Citizen Digital, Fashion Watch panelist Annabel Onyango expressed that she is excited about the nomination.
“It’s exciting that fashion is now mainstream topic in Kenyan media. We need to promote and broaden the fashion industry by giving prominence to shows like Fashion Watch. It’s all very exciting,” she told.
Annabel has applauded the fashion initiative, adding that it is a game changer: “Any nomination that furthers the fashion industry as a whole and shines a light on local design talent deserves to be celebrated.”
The Kenya Fashion Award seeks to honour fashion icons and programs which make a difference in the industry.
