DJ Pinye loses brother

Legendary Kenyan disc spinner Peter Chuani, better known DJ Pinye, has lost his older brother, Citizen Digital has learnt.

Pinye’s brother was found dead on Thursday at his house in Uganda. The cause of his death is yet to be communicated.

In July 2013, Pinye lost his younger brother Murimi who succumbed to Cerebral Palsy.

His brother’s death consequently resulted in DJ Pinye raising awareness about Cerebral Palsy in the country, working with the Cerebral Palsy Society of Kenya – a charity organization helping to raise fund and awareness and at the same time fight stigma and get people living with the condition acceptance in the society.

Pinye was living with Murimi until the time of his demise.

Pinye’s mother had passed on earlier in 2010.
