KOT celebrate #HotBedOfMedals as Team Kenya lands
When Team Kenya landed after their historic win the recently concluded World Athletics Championships, they were given a hero’s welcome at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
The athletes came home with 16 medals (7 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze), and this was a first for Kenya.
Those who could not make to the airport took to social media to welcome the stellar team that topped the table in Beijing.
