Prezzo finally speaks out after dramatic TV interview

Controversial Kenyan rapper Jackson Ngechu Makini, better known by the moniker Prezzo, has finally spoken out after his bizarre Friday, January 8 interview on KTN.

Prezzo who celebrated his birthday in his trademark flashy fashion on Sunday, January 10 says no man should curse him as he is blessed.

“I feel love. God blessed me; so how can a human curse me? How?” he posted on social media the message; which doubled as a caption of an Instagram video showing female fans who were excitedly taking photos with him.

He was making reference to the bashing he received from sections of fans following his ‘unruly’ on air conduct.

In yet another post, Prezzo shared his KTN interview with Betty Kyalo on Instagram, and unapologetically stated: “This is the difference between a “star” and a SUPERSTAR #TrulyUnruly.” The video shows him hugging the baffled newscaster.

In another message, Prezzo says criticism for what he did on live television does not move him – even an inch!

“It is nothing to a boss. #TrulyUnruly,” he wrote the caption to a video showing him inside a swimming pool receiving a phone call, and throwing money (US dollars) into the water.

Prezzo spent the better part of his birthday at the Grace Community Children’s Home in Kahawa Sukari, Kiambu where he engaged in benevolent activities before going on party spree.

“It’s my birthday, and I am out here with my son, Gabriel Prezzo. Bought goodies and gifts for Grace Community, then later we are going to pop them bottles like the rock stars we are,” he said.

On to Monday, January 11; the Mafans rapper says he will continue popping champagne since according to him; he is still celebrating his birthday.

Girlfriend leaves him

After Prezzo publicly confessed to being single – despite spamming his account before the January 8 interview with photos of his alleged girlfriend, Michelle Yola – his flame has now said she is single and ready to mingle.

Prezzo stated in the interview: “I am dating myself.”

It is this public rejection which has prompted Michelle to take to Instagram and announce she is ready to find new love.

All these come after Betty Kyalo’s husband and NTV senior investigative reporter, Dennis Okari, apologized to his wife for the rapper’s improper conduct.

“I’m really sorry babe (Betty Kyalo) if what I’m reading on the interwebs is true. That kid didn’t deserve that stage,” said Okari.

Betty Kyalo on Saturday tweeted that Prezzo’s mum has also apologized to her for the rapper’s unwarranted behavior.
