Rapper DNG graduates with Master’s Degree

Popular radio presenter and self-proclaimed Kenya’s number one hypeman, Davidson Ngibuini a.k.a DNG, graduated with a Master’s Degree in Global Executive Business Administration from the United States International University (USIU) Saturday.

The Kora Award winner took to his official Instagram page to share his graduation photos.

DNG captioned one of the images: “Make a commitment for a lifetime to achieve your dreams. Stay committed. Remember your past, focus on your future and take advantage of all opportunities that life presents you with.”

The musician, who in 2010 graduated from USIU with a Bachelors degree in International Business Administration with a major in Marketing, said then that education is important even when an artiste is at the peak of their career.

“In fact I was a member of the school of the thought that if an artiste is doing well in music, education isn’t necessary. But the Kenyan industry is very irregular; you can have a time where in a weekend you have up to four shows then time where you have none in a month. If you have your papers you will have something to fall back on.”
