Size 8 and DJ Mo welcome bouncing baby girl
Celebrated gospel singer, Linet Munyali, better known Size 8, has on Thursday welcomed a bouncing baby girl, Ladasha Belle.
The Mateke singer delivered at the Karen Hospital, Nairobi.
Size 8’s younger sister, Mary Munyali, shared the good news on her official Instagram page Thursday afternoon.
She wrote: “Welcome to the world baby Belle. Congratulations to Size 8 and DJ Mo .”
Size 8 posted on Instgram: “Welcome to the world my Belle. I am grateful to God and finally you have made us parents. Your future is bright and all I assure you is love and happiness. May you grow to be God fearing and become what God has destined you to become. You are the most beautiful thing in this world.”
Belle’s father, DJ Mo, also shared his excitement with fans and followers by re-posting Size 8’s message on his social media timeline.
Citizen Television’s Jacque Maribe took to the same platform Thursday afternoon to send her congratulatory message to the power couple.
She wrote: “Hearty congratulations to my beautiful friend Size 8 and her husband DJ Mo on the arrival of their daughter, little Miss Belle! You will absolutely love this journey. Being a parent is the greatest blessing ever.”
Ladasha is the celebrity couple’s first child. She is already an Instagram sensation as her official page (@ladashabelle) has attracted more than 1000 followers.
In a recent interview with The Standard, Size 8 revealed why she, and DJ Mo, settled for the name Ladasha Belle.
“Ladasha means blessing, and Belle means beautiful! She is our beautiful blessing and she will always be our constant reminder of God’s grace in our marriage life,” told Size 8.
