Sonko saved? He reveals details of meeting with Kenyas prettiest pastor Rev. Natasha

After meeting Reverend Lucy Natasha at his Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) office in Nairobi; consequently sending social media into frenzy, Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has disclosed details of their meeting.

Sonko says Rev. Natasha paid him a courtesy call to comfort him over the loss of his father, Mzee Gideon Kioko Kivanguli, who passed away on September 6th – and not to make him ‘see the light’.

The flamboyant Senator took to his official Facebook page Friday to divulge the details, but first expressed his appreciation of the minister of faith’s humble gesture.

He wrote: “I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Rev. Lucy Natasha of Prophetic Latter Glory Ministries International for paying me a courtesy call in my office.”

“She later comforted me over the loss of my late father (which occurred when she was out of the country preaching the Gospel) by visiting our family home at Mua Hills where she laid a wreath at my Dad’s mausoleum.”

Sonko says the passing on of his dad has contributed immensely to him learning God’s ways.

“The passing away of my dad has heighted me spirituality,” he stated.

He has, however, denounced being saved, but says he is in the process of considering joining the piety club.

“Nimenotice mabeshte wameanza mastory zao wacheni propaganda zenyu sijaokoka bado but niko almost nitawashow (I have noted my followers are widely claiming I am born again. Stop spreading propaganda; I am not. Nevertheless, I am considering seeing the light. I will inform you once I have).”

Quoting a Bible verse, Sonko added he is a strong believer in God.

“I believe in God and I’m a seeker of Truth. The Bible says in Proverbs 9.10: The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom.”

Rev. Natasha shot to fame in June 2015 after her photos circulated on social media with many online users awed by her beauty.

Many blogs and entertainment sites consequently reported she has Rwandese roots, which she denied in an exclusive interview with Citizen Digital.

“I think many people believe I am Rwandese because when a lot of blogs were writing about me in June, I was uploading a lot of images on social media from Rwanda – I had visited the country for ministry,” revealed the first born in a family of three.

Contrary to many people’s belief, the youthful pastor is not a newbie in the ministry.

“I am a third generation pastor. The calling (to ministry) came when I was too young to understand. Through involvement in church activities, I found my true purpose – to serve the Lord,” she told Citizen Digital.

Secret to Natasha’s beauty

Rev. Natasha revealed eating healthy and taking care of her skin is the secret to her enviable beauty.

“I eat healthy. I also do a lot of skin care; I cleanse, tone and moisturise my face every day. Additionally, I work out once in a while, though I would love to do it quite often.”

Rev Natasha is single, but is hopeful of starting up a family soon.

“I am single, but I would love to have a family in the near future. I believe that God gives us the right life partners we just have to be patient and prayerful about it.”
