Why DJ Pierra Makena will not reveal her baby daddys identity

Top Kenyan female DJ, Peirra Makena, has got a bun in the oven and she couldn’t be more excited.

The accomplished disk jockey, who is also making a name for herself on the big screen, spoke to Citizen Digital about her pregnancy saying that she is thrilled about the development.

“How am I feeling about the pregnancy? I’m so excited! It’s my first pregnancy and I can’t wait to meet the baby in a few months! My parents and family are also thrilled,” she exclaimed.

The Meru-born beauty revealed that she is yet to know the gender of her baby – a detail that she is very keen on finding out.

“I don’t know the gender yet, but I am finding out on my next visit. I want to shop specifically for my baby. I am so excited about this phase of motherhood,” she said.

The multi-talented star, who has time and time again spoken about her love for kids, doubts that she will post her baby’s pictures online.

“I doubt that I will post my child’s pictures on social media because I am a private person. One thing that I have insisted on in my career is separating my celebrity and personal life. But who knows? Maybe when the baby comes the excitement might get the better of me,” said DJ Pierra.

Inasmuch as she has broken the news on social media and in interviews, DJ Pierra has sealed her lips about her baby’s father.

“My life is very private. There’s a difference between my showbiz life and my personal life. That’s why I haven’t spoken about the baby daddy,” she explained.

Now with a baby on the way, is he planning to walk down the aisle?

“No wedding plans ta re moment; right now I’m concentrating on the baby. There’s no way I am tying the knot with a baby bump; that will have to wait until later,” DJ Pierra said.

And for fans who think she will now abandon the de decks following the big announcement, she said, “I am planning on deejaying until the last month. After that I will take some little time off but I’ll still be acting and mixing at gigs.”
