Moustapha: A senator owes me Sh370, 000 for editing his wife out of my video

Kenyan rapper Colonel Moustapha has alleged a “senator” who had him arrested in May still owes him Sh370, 000 in damages.

The singer was picked-up by police officers from Ogopa Deejays studio in South B, Nairobi and locked up for questioning at the CID headquarters along Kiambu Road.

This was after the said “senator” reported to the police that Moustapha had featured “his wife” in raunchy music video he was about to release.

The Dodoma Singida singer says he was released after he and the legislator agreed on a Sh770,000 out-of-court damage settlement in which he (Moustapha) agreed to edit out all the scenes which had featured the “senator’s wife”.

“So far he has paid me Sh400, 000, and he is yet to complete the Sh370, 000 balance. We agreed he would fulfill that in 10 days after I threatened to release his wife’s’ nudes. The 10 days are almost elapsing, but I am hopeful he will live up to the promise. For now I am not planning to unleash the photos,” he told Citizen Digital on Friday.

Moustapha however said if the legislator fails to fulfill his pledge, he would see the next action to take.

The rapper, who once dated Chokoza singer Marya , has found love again according to his latest Instagram post.
