RECIPE: Chocolate Mousse

Everybody loves Chocolate Mousse and this is especially a super treat for chocoholics.

It’s one of the easiest and most satisfying desserts around

Below is a quick recipe;

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE                    

400gm Chocolate

20gm Gelatine

800gm Whip cream

200gm Milks

Method

Whip the cream

Boil milk and slowly add the chocolate to melt with it

Add the gelatin to the chocolate and milk mixture

Lastly, fold the whip cream into the mixture

Pour the mixture in the mould and allow to rest

Serve
