INGREDIENTS
500 GMS Paneer Shredded
Refined oil
150 GMS Assorted bell peppers
100 GMS Onion Julian’s
80 GMS Tomato Julian’s
1 GMS Crushed peppers
10 GMS Green chili slit
5 GMS Ginger Julian’s
5 GMS Fresh Dhania
2 GMS Chaat Masala
50 GMS Mint chutney
80 GMS Onion tomato Masala
2 GMS Garam Masala
Roomali /tortia bread
METHOD
Take a pan sauted the onion
Add assorted bell peppers, green chili, ginger, onion and tomato Masala
Then add shredded Paneer sauce
Place the Masala on bread put some mint chutney and sprinkle the chaat Masala and roll it
And serve it hot!
