Songstress Nyota Ndogo threatened by sex pest

Coast-based songstress Nyota Ndogo says her life is in danger following death threats by an anonymous caller who has been demanding for ‘phone-sex’ with her.

The anonymous caller, she says, also told her he would kill one of her children to serve as an example if she does not give in to his demand adding that his brother, who moved in to stay with her temporarily, has also been threatened by the same person.

“A strange caller in a man’s voice has been ringing me regularly; always in an angry manner, he tells me he knows my schedule; including where my children school; and that killing me would take him just a few seconds.”

She added: “He told me there is nothing I can do to him and that even President Uhuru Kenyatta has no might over him.”

When the singer demanded to know what he wanted besides the ‘phone-sex’ which she declined, the man said he is tormenting the Watu na Viatu star because she is arrogant and that she demeaned Africans by marrying her ‘mzungu’ (White) husband.

“I have never been courted by such a man; not in Voi where he said he did. I respect my body and life a lot. I don’t make it obvious to people when I am single.”

She has already reported the matter at Voi Police Station under the occurrence book number 43/24/7/2015, but claims no action has been taken so far by the detectives.

Nyota said the man has been using six different phone numbers to contact her.

“I just want to know where the problem is. I am not at peace at all. My brother had to leave his place to come stay with me.”
