12 people killed in a terror attack in Mandera town

12 people were killed and four others seriously injured when suspected Al-Shabaab militants attacked a guest house in Mandera town several hours before day break.
The militants used explosive devices and guns to storm into the house where several members of a theatre group were staying before vanishing into the night.
President Kenyatta has condemned the attack and called off his trip to Angola where he was to attend a security summit.
