13 Ethiopian Aliens Arrested In Ruiru

The thirteen and were nabbed at a house in Gikumari in Ruiru area of Kiambu County.

Police also arrested 3 Kenyans linked to the Ethiopian aliens and impounded two vans believed to have been used to ferry them.

The suspects are being held at Ruiru Police Station.

Ruiru OCPD Isaac Thuranira, who confirmed the incident, says police raided the house following a tip off from members of the public and arrested the immigrants.

Thuranira says the suspects will be charged in court once investigations are concluded.

The arrests come barely three months after 66 other aliens were nabbed in the same area.
