13M Recovered In KK Security Heist

The police have however not recovered the whole amount lost.

78 million kenya shillings was allegedly stolen in the heist.

The money was recovered in Huruma area in the runaway van the security officers used during the heist.

The management of the security company claims that the amount looted was Ksh 82 million at the time the van left Westlands area enroute to Central Bank Headquarters on Monday evening.

Nairobi Police Boss Benson Kibue has said investigations are ongoing.

No arrests have been made so far.
