16 People Injured In 6 Car Crash
The accident occurred Sunday night causing a huge traffic snarl up on the busy highway.
The accident involved two Lorries, two matatus, a pickup and a Nairobi-bound bus from Kisii.
The first incident occurred when a matatu lost control after hitting a lorry while trying to overtake and this was followed by series of accidents by other unsuspecting motorists.
Police have urged motorists to be careful during this festive season to avoid loss of lives and injuries.
