2 bullet-riddled bodies discovered on Southern bypass: Karen police

Police recovered bodies of two unidentified male adults with bullet wounds on the Southern Bypass in Nairobi on Saturday.

According to a police report from Karen Police Station, officers on patrol responded to sounds of gunshots at around 4am.

Upon arrival, they found a silver Toyota Fielder with two bodies inside and the vehicle riddled with bullet holes.

A further search revealed another vehicle, with another male adult who was in critical condition from gunshot injuries.

The white Toyota Premio was found approximately 500 metres from the scene.

The victim was rushed to hospital while the two bodies were moved to City mortuary.

The two vehicles have been towed to Karen Police Station.

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations are investigating the incident.
