3 armed suspects arrested over robbery incident in Karen Hardy

Detectives based in Langata have arrested three armed suspects in connection with a robbery incident in Karen Hardy.

According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, a woman reported that three thugs accosted her two days ago as she was exercising.

“The trio all aged between 21 and 23 then fled the scene on a motorbike, leaving the panic stricken woman lying on the ground,” the DCI said on Twitter.

A team of officers from Langata and Dagoretti launched a manhunt for the suspects and they arrested in Kawangware on Tuesday morning.

The getaway motorbike with registration number KMFG 082F was also recovered and is being held by police as investigations continue.
