3 Charged For drug Trafficking In Nairobi

Martin Waweru was charged before resident magistrate Miriam Mugure that on 7th August, 2014 he was found trafficking heroin and other drugs worth about 4,000 shillings in Gachie, Kiambu County.

The accused pleaded not guilty and was released on a two hundred thousand shillings cash bail.

The case was set for mention on 22nd August 2014 and hearing on 11th September, 2014.

Stanley Mureithi and Joseph Muhoho were charged separately for bhang trafficking at Galleria Shopping Mall in Nairobi’s Lang’ata on 4th August 2014.

The two  pleaded guilty and have been remanded.
