45-year-old man who killed his mum & sister lynched by mob in Kibwezi

A 45-year-old man who killed his mother and his sister in Metava, Kibwezi has been lynched by an irate mob.

According to reports, the middle-aged man was busted a few kilometers from the crime scene hiding in a thicket.

The man reportedly waylaid his 35-year-old sister on Saturday at around 4am and stabbed her to death.

He is also said to have slit his own mother’s throat after she responded to the dawn distress call.

The man who is believed to be mentally ill went on the run after the incident and had not been sighted until Sunday afternoon.
