5 People Killed, Several Injured, Turkana County

Four people have been killed and three others seriously injured after raiders attacked villages in Kakong’, Turkana County. The raiders said to be about 700 struck on Saturday night, and opened fire indiscriminately killing four people on the spot before driving away over 3,000 animals from the affected homesteads.
