60 PSV Operators Arrested Over New Traffic Rules Offences

Public service vehicle operators have been told to comply with the new traffic regulations or keep off the road. Transport Cabinet Secretary Engineer Michael Kamau maintains that the new rules are in force and that his ministry will liaise with the police to ensure that the national transport and safety authority act is implemented to the letter.
