7 suspects arrested with heroin, bhang in Thika

Police have arrested seven suspects accused of selling drugs in Thika town and its environs.

The alleged drug dealers were nabbed on Tuesday at Makongeni area in Thika with 90 rolls of bhang and five sachets of heroin.

Thika OCPD Willy Simba said the suspects were arrested by police officers on patrol.

The were identified as Edward Nduati Kinuthia, Mulema Mwema, Victor Mulei, Charles Wanyoro, Peter Njuguna, Mustafa Seif and John Mburu.

The arrested suspects will be arraigned in on Wednesday morning.
