9 Year Old Boy Refused Admission For Spotting Dreadlocks

The mother of a nine-year-old boy has sued Rusinga School in Nairobi after the institution's administration reportedly denied her son admission into preparatory school because he has dreadlocked hair. The mother argues that the rule is discriminatory on the basis of gender as girls at the school are allowed dreadlocks. Sally Mbilu reports.
