Another suspect arrested in Litein gang rape case
A man suspected to have been part of the Litein gang that attacked an elderly couple and raped three girls has been arrested in Bureti, Kericho County.
Kericho County police commander James Mugera said the man had fled to Narok after committing the beastly act.
The suspect is to be arraigned in court once investigations are complete.
The police boss added that they are following crucial leads which may lead to the arrest of other suspects linked to the incident.
He also noted that the prime suspect has been arraigned in court and was released on a Ksh.1million bond.
Mugera assured residents that the officers will do all they can to ensure that justice is served for the family members.
He warned that those found guilty of criminal acts will face the law.
