Be On The Lookout For Terrorists, Lenku Tells Chiefs

Lenku asked all national administrators to work closely with county governments in border points to arrest terror suspects and aliens who might compromise national security.

Speaking in Bungoma while addressing over 700 chiefs from Busia and Bungoma counties, he urged chiefs to ensure no alien is illegally registered to combat rising terrorism threats.

The cabinet secretary further warned chiefs they will be held responsible for insecurity incidences in their areas.

This comes in the wake of deadly attacks in Bungoma and Busia.
