Businessman Tony Gachoka Released on Bail

Gachoka presented himself before Senior Principal Magistrate Linus Kassan to answer to charges of contempt of court.

The contempt of court case came about after Gachoka and Koinange failed to appear in court after they were summoned for discussing a matter pending in court in the TV Show.

It is then that the court issued an order of arrest against the two.

Meanwhile, High Court Judge Weldon Korir has allowed Gachoka and Koinange to appeal the court contempt decision by a lower court.

The decision comes a day after Koinange was arrested and charged in court for contempt of court and was released on a Ksh 100,000 cash bail.

The case will be mentioned on May 25th before the magistrate handling the suit filed by the Kwacha Group of Companies against Koinange and Gachoka.
