Cameroonian man arrested in Nairobi over fake currency scam

A Cameroonian national was on Tuesday arraigned in a Nairobi court for allegedly swindling unsuspecting individuals of their money.

Fortaw Elvis Nkenglefac alias ‘Derrick’ was charged obtaining money under false pretense.

According to police, the 33-year-old suspect had been duping his victims that he could make money using chemicals.

Police have appealed on members of the public, who might have been conned by the accused to report the matter at Kilimani or any other Police Station.
