Controversy Over Tetanus Vaccine

Tests to establish whether a vaccine used in a nationalwide anti-tetanus campaign contained a birth control hormone have ended in a cloud of suspicion over three vials that tested positive in controversial circumstances. A joint committee of Catholic Church and government doctors declared the vaccine safe even as questions lingered over how the vials presented by the Catholic Church tested positive while those by the government were found to be harmless. Citizen TV learnt that the committee was rocked by disagreements as both sides tussled over how the vials got contaminated amidst claims of foul play. Esther Kahumbi with that story.
