Huduma Centres across the country will now only be offering two services in an effort to ensure the safety of Kenyans in view of the coronavirus pandemic.

Huduma Kenya, in a public notice issued on Thursday, stated that the centres will only be dealing with citizens coming to collect processed identity cards and processed birth certificates.

While at the Huduma Centre, customers are advised to utilize the provided hand sanitizers, maintain a distance of at least 2 metres from each other and cough/sneeze into their sleeves or disposable tissues.

Kenyans in need of other government services were however advised to access them online or via mobile platforms.

These services include Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Kenya Power, business registration, Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), NTSA, and select NHIF and NSSF services.
