Court Declines JKUAT Students’ Plea Over Fines

This was after 103 students led by Paul Njuguna moved to court seeking orders to stop the decision by JKUAT school management board.

While delivering the ruling, Justice Weldon Korir further directed the students to abide by the school decision until the case is concluded.

The judge further assured the students that in the event they win the case then the court will then order a refund.

The case will be heard on 8th December 2014.
