Cucu Finally Acquires Land Title Deed

Six months ago, we aired a story about a granny's determination to get the title deed for her parcel of land in Kerugoya, Kirinyaga County. For more than a decade 75 year old Grace Wambui would travel to ardhi house, the headquarters of the lands ministry seeking the crucial title and it is during one such visit in May 2014 that she bumped into Lands Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu who promised to assist her. Willis Raburu reports on Wambui's joy upon finally receiving her title deed.
