Deal Decisively With Crime, MPs Tell Lenku

Alice Nganga of Thika, Francis Wakapee of Juja and Ruiru’s Esther Gathogo have asked Lenku to ruthlessly deal with insecurity as the late former internal security minister John Michuki did.

The three mps said insecurity is getting out of hand noting that power struggles between Inspector General David Kimaiyo and national police service commission boss Johnston Kavuludi is confusing security efforts.

The three, who were speaking in Thika during burial of former Thika mayor John Wandu, called on Muslims and Christians to unite in the war against Al-Shabaab militia.
