Defiant Narok

Five MPs from Narok County who are facing accusations of incitement held peace prayers in a meeting marked by defiance and claims that the government is protecting corruption. Just days since their release on bond with strict conditions to keep the peace the MPs led by Senator Stephen Ole Ntutu repeated corruption claims against Governor Samuel Tunai despite ongoing efforts by the presidency to unite the two sides. The governor however held a separate prayer meeting with his supporters and extended an olive branch to his rivals. Sam Gituku with that story.
