Deputy Governors Decline Lack Of Clear Job Descriptions

A meeting between governors and their deputies called to define the specific roles of the deputies failed to generate concrete resolutions on Tuesday.  The meeting was convened to discuss a proposed bill that seeks to streamline county government functions and to end the conflict between governors and their deputies. The bill is sponsored by chairman of the devolution committee and Elgeyo Markawet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen.
