Disbursement Of HELB Funds

The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) says it will disburse loans to students this week. The HELB CEO Charles Ringera says the students can expect their loans starting Monday. He was responding to concerns raised by the national universities students union which has vowed to go on the streets on Friday if the funds are not disbursed to their accounts by this week.
