Dont advocate for homosexuality in Kenya, Obama cautioned

US President Barack Obama has been cautioned against advocating for same sex marriage while in Kenya.

Speaking during a church service at ACK church in Embu, Manyatta Member of Parliament John Muchiri warned Obama against advocating for homosexuality during his trip slated for July 24, 2015.

The MP said that Kenya is founded on religious believes which are against homosexuality.

He said that the America’s Supreme Court’s decision to allow same sex marriage does not give a green light to Kenya to do the same.

Muchiri said should President Obama advocate the gay and lesbians during his address to the two chambers, he would see the wrath of legislatures.

The MP said that nothing would prompt the legislators to amend the Constitution to allow same sex marriage just to appease the United States.
