Dont Sack Transport Executive, High Court Tells Kidero

Justice Isaack Lenaola has also restrained Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero from sacking the county executive after the county assembly passed a motion to impeach him.

Ondieki has been accused by city MCA’s of misappropriation of funds but the county executive  has denied the allegations saying that the MCA’s had been bribed to shoot down a city bus project by the county government.
