DP Ruto woos Kamba community to join Jubilee

Deputy President William Ruto has called on the Kamba Community to join Jubilee ahead of the 2017 General Election.

Speaking during his trip of Kibwezi on Tuesday, Ruto said CORD’s future couldn’t be guaranteed due to the coalition leader’s Raila Odinga desire to run for the 2017 elections.

He urged the residents of Makueni to embrace politics of development and desist from engaging in politics of separation.

Fred Muteti, the Jubilee point man in Ukambani, urged the county governor Kivutha Kibwana to merge his Muungano party with Jubilee.

On his part, Kivutha Kibwana said that the Kamba people would only think of joining Jubilee if their demands for better infrastructure, water and other social amenities are addressed.
