

The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji has ordered the arrest of two police officers who shot and killed two men in Garissa last week.
Adam Ibrahim Salat and Abdirahman Roble who are stationed at the Garissa DCIO will face murder charges.
According to reports, Aden Abdi Madobe and Muhiyadin Adow Shibin were killed by police officers who had been searching for terror suspects.
The incident attrracted the ire of local residents among them, MP Aden Duale who asked the Matiang’i-led Ministry of Interior to escalate probe into the matter.
Meanwhile, the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) issued a statement on Saturday, saying it had opened investigations into the incident.
